Data we collect

• data you enter into the contact form: name, company, email address and message content;
• technical data normally required for website operation and server security;
• language preference if you manually choose Slovenian or English.

Purpose and legal basis

• replying to your inquiry and preparing an offer: processing is necessary for pre-contractual steps or performance of an agreement;
• basic website operation and security: legitimate interest in a safe and reliable website;
• saving your language choice: legitimate interest in improving the user experience.

Contact form and recipients

When you submit the form, the data is sent to Nitech by email. Email delivery uses Resend, so the form data may also be processed by that provider as a technical processor.

Inquiry data is not sold and is not used for spam.

Retention

• inquiries are kept for as long as needed for communication, offer preparation and evidence of business communication;
• if we start working together, data may be kept as part of contractual, accounting and legal obligations;
• browser language preferences are kept until deleted in the browser, or at most for the period stated in the Cookie Policy.

Your rights

Under GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability or object to processing where the conditions apply. Send requests to info@nitech.si.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.

Automated decision-making

Nitech does not use automated decision-making or visitor profiling on this website.
